Abstract
Approximately 80% of patients with gastric mucosa associated lymphoid tissue (MALT) lymphoma have been reported to achieve complete disease remission after Helicobacter pylori eradication therapy. The therapeutic strategy for gastric MALT lymphoma which does not respond to the eradication therapy still remains to be elucidated. We report two cases of Helicobacter pylori eradication therapy- resistant MALT lymphomas which were successfully treated with radiotherapy.
